BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION

A credit card must be on file to book an appointment with us. This reserves your services at J Noelle + Co. and your card isn’t charged upon booking.

NO SHOWS

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, J Noelle + Co. reserves the right to charge 100% of the service to your card saved on file.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, J Noelle + Co. reserves the right to charge 25% of the service to the card on file. If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service to the card on file.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will most likely need to reschedule to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you. Please contact the salon immediately if you are running late.
